针刺加穴位注射治疗Bell麻痹32例临床观察

目的 观察针刺加风池穴注射腺苷钴胺治疗Bell麻痹的疗效和机理.方法 将93例患者随机分为3组,治疗组32例,应用针刺加穴位注射治疗;对照Ⅰ组30例,应用针刺加肌肉注射治疗;对照Ⅱ组31例,单纯针刺治疗,观察治疗前后各组症状改变和电生理学指标变化.结果 治疗组在临床总疗效、电生理学检查等各方面均优于两个对照组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 针刺加风池穴注射腺苷钻胺可明显促进损伤面神经修复,在3个组中疗效最佳.

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Acupuncture and Point-injection on Bell's Palsy

Objective To study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of acupuncture and point-injection with cobamamide at Fengchi (GB 20) for Bell's palsy. Methods Totally 93 cases were randomized into 3 groups: the treatment group (32 cases) was treated with acupuncture and point-injection, the control group I (30 cases) was treated with acupuncture and intramuscular injection, and the control group II (31 cases) was treated with acupuncture only. The changes of symptoms and electrophysiological indices before and after treatment were detected. Results The effect of treatment group was better than that of control groups in effective rate and electrophysiological indices (P<0. 05 or F<0. 01). Conclusion The treatment of acupuncture and Fengchi (GB 20) injection with cobamamide can promote the repairing of injured facial nerve significantly, and it is the most effective one of the 3 groups.
