广州地区1281例婴幼儿腹泻A组轮状病毒的检测与流行病学特征

目的了解广州地区婴幼儿腹泻轮状病毒感染情况和流行病学特征。方法收集广东省人民医院2012年1月-12月的1281例腹泻婴幼儿粪便标本,采用免疫层析双抗体夹心法检测标本中的A组轮状病毒抗原,并通过统计学方法进行流行病学特征分析。结果 1281例标本中420例轮状病毒抗原检测阳性,总阳性率为32.79%。不同性别婴幼儿的感染率无统计学差异。0.5-2岁的腹泻婴幼儿轮状病毒感染率在所有年龄段中最高,1月、10-12月是本地区轮状病毒感染高峰期,病毒检出率占全年阳性检出率的76.19%。结论 A组轮状病毒是广州地区婴幼儿腹泻的重要病原体;0.5-2岁的儿童是轮状病毒的易感人群;疾病的高发季节为每年的1月及10-12月。

Epidemiological characteristics of rotavirus infection among diarrhea infants in Guangzhou

Objective To investigate the infection status and epidemiological characteristics of infantile diarrhea caused by rotavirus in Guangzhou.Methods Immume chromatography double antibodies sandwich method was per-formed to detect group A rotavirus antigen in dejection specimens of 1281 cases of infants with diarrhea from January to December in 2012,and the epidemiological information was performed by statistical analysis.Results Among 1281 ca-ses of acute diarrhea,420 cases （32.79%）were positive with rotavirus antigen.The infection rate in infants of 0.5-2 years old was significantly higher than that in other age groups.The epidemic peak of rotavirus infection was January and from October to December with virus detection rate of 76.19% of the whole year.Conclusion group A rotavirus might be the main pathogens causing infant diarrhea in Guangzhou.Children between 6 month to 2 year of age are the susceptible population of rotavirus and the peak season of epidemic is January and from October to December each year.
