广州地区1281例婴幼儿腹泻A组轮状病毒的检测与流行病学特征

摘    要:目的了解广州地区婴幼儿腹泻轮状病毒感染情况和流行病学特征。方法收集广东省人民医院2012年1月-12月的1281例腹泻婴幼儿粪便标本,采用免疫层析双抗体夹心法检测标本中的A组轮状病毒抗原,并通过统计学方法进行流行病学特征分析。结果 1281例标本中420例轮状病毒抗原检测阳性,总阳性率为32.79%。不同性别婴幼儿的感染率无统计学差异。0.5-2岁的腹泻婴幼儿轮状病毒感染率在所有年龄段中最高,1月、10-12月是本地区轮状病毒感染高峰期,病毒检出率占全年阳性检出率的76.19%。结论 A组轮状病毒是广州地区婴幼儿腹泻的重要病原体;0.5-2岁的儿童是轮状病毒的易感人群;疾病的高发季节为每年的1月及10-12月。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the infection status and epidemiological characteristics of infantile diarrhea caused by rotavirus in Guangzhou.Methods Immume chromatography double antibodies sandwich method was per-formed to detect group A rotavirus antigen in dejection specimens of 1281 cases of infants with diarrhea from January to December in 2012,and the epidemiological information was performed by statistical analysis.Results Among 1281 ca-ses of acute diarrhea,420 cases (32.79%)were positive with rotavirus antigen.The infection rate in infants of 0.5-2 years old was significantly higher than that in other age groups.The epidemic peak of rotavirus infection was January and from October to December with virus detection rate of 76.19% of the whole year.Conclusion group A rotavirus might be the main pathogens causing infant diarrhea in Guangzhou.Children between 6 month to 2 year of age are the susceptible population of rotavirus and the peak season of epidemic is January and from October to December each year.
