安徽省2005年药物滥用监测情况分析

目的:了解安徽地区2005年药物滥用流行情况,为药物滥用防治工作提供科学依据。方法:对2005年安徽地区监测到的1142例自愿和强制戒毒者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:安徽地区吸毒群体除具有青年男性、未婚、初中文化程度、无业闲散人员占多数等特征外,与2004年监测的数据相比,还呈现以下流行特征:(1)20a以下青少年吸毒人数比例持续不降;(2)女性吸毒人数比例有所增加;(3)滥用药物种类多;(4)吸毒引发的犯罪比例高;(5)吸毒者中合并性传播疾病的比例有所增高。结论:药物滥用给社会、家庭、个人造成很大危害。加强毒品危害和知识的宣传教育,特别是对青少年和高危人群的教育刻不容缓。提高戒毒质量,降低毒品危害也应提到议事日程予以关注。

ANALYSIS OF 2005 DATA REPORT ON DRUG ABUSE IN ANHUI PROVINCE

Objective:To understand the epidemiological characteristics of drug abuse in Anhui Province and provide scientific data for drug abuse prevention and treatment. Methods:Retrospective investigation and analysis were carried out in 1142 drug abusers who underwent either voluntary and compulsory detoxification during 2005. Results:The majority of the drug abusers in Anhui Province were young,unmarried and unemployed male. Compared with the data of 2004, the following epidemiological characteristics were shown: (1) The number of drug abusers under 20 years old was still high;(2) Female drug abusers increased; (3) Polydrug abuse was serious and more drug varieties appeared;(4) More drug related crimes occurred;(5) Sexual transmitted diseases were increasing in drug abusers. Conclusion:Drug abuse problem is serious in Anhui, which has done great harm to the drug abusers,their families and the society. It suggests that wide and urgent drug prevention education be carried out,especially among the risk population and management for drug abuse be developed.
