| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察伊曲康唑治疗甲癣的疗效。方法 :选择临床症状典型 ,经真菌学检查确诊的甲癣病人 4 7例 (男性 30例 ,女性 17例 ,年龄 4 6a±s 15a) ,服用伊曲康唑 2 0 0mg ,每日 2次 ,连用 7d ,停药2 1d为一个疗程 ,2～ 3个疗程。结果 :近期疗效总痊愈率 13% ,总有效率 2 6 % ,真菌学总治愈率5 7%。远期疗效总痊愈率 92 % ,总有效率 96 % ,真菌学总治愈率 96 %。结论 :伊曲康唑短程间歇冲击疗法治疗甲癣疗效佳 ,不良反应少

Itraconazole for onychomycosis |

| Abstract: | AIM: To observe the curative effect of itraconazole in the treatment of onychomycosis. METHODS: The diagnoses of 47 patients(M 30, F 17, age 46 a± s 15 a) with typically clinical manifestations of onychomycosis were confirmed by mycological examination. Itraconazole was applied, 200 mg twice daily for seven days, then arrested for 21 days every course. It needed two to three courses. RESULTS: Recent curative effect—total cure rate was 13 %, total effective rate was 26 %, total cure rate of mycology was 57 %. Remote curative effectt—total cure rate was 92 %, total effective rate was 96 %, total cure rate of mycology was 96 %. CONCLUSION: The curative effect of short term intermittent pulse therapy for onychomycosis is very good. The adverse reastion is less. |
