影响护理技术操作训练考核效果的因素分析及改革方法探讨

目的：分析影响护理技术操作训练考核效果的因素，为临床护理技术操作改革训练考核方法提供依据。方法：将我科40名护士按年资、职称随机分为实验组21名，对照组19名。对照组19名采用传统的训练考核方法；实验组21名则通过组织护士参与科室训练考核计划、分小组训练考核、情景训练、理论与操作结合、改革评价方法、随机训练考核等方法对各级护士进行护理技术操作训练考核。结果：两组闻护士技能考核优良率比较．差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：针对影响护理技术操作训练考核的因素改革方法，可促进护士护理技术操作水平的提高。

Training in nursing techniques in the assessment of nurses training and upgrading capacity

Objective:The analysis influence nursing technical operation training inspection effect factor, provides the basis for the clinical nursing technical operation reform training inspection method.Methods:My branch 40 nurses according to the period of service, the title divides into experimental group 21 examples,control group 19 examples.The control group (19 examples) use traditional the training inspection method;The experimental group (21 examples) through organize the nurse to participate in the administrative offices training inspection plan, to be divided the group to train the inspection, the scene training, the theory and the operation union, the reform assessment method, the stochastic training inspection and so on the new method carry on the nursing technical operation training inspection to all levels of nurses.Results:Two group of nurse skill inspection fine rate comparison,the difference has the significance significance(P<0.05).Two method fine rate comparisons, the difference has the significance significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Reforms the method in view of the influence nursing technical operation training inspection factor,may promote the nurse to nurse the technical operation level the enhancement.
