海水浸泡伤应激对大鼠壁细胞泌酸及其超微结构与胃黏膜病变的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨海水浸泡伤应激对大鼠急性胃黏膜病变、胃壁细胞泌酸功能及其超微结构的影响。方法 观察腹部开放伤并海水浸泡后检测大鼠胃黏膜溃疡指数 (UI)、胃液pH ,电镜观察壁细胞超微结构变化 ,并与正常对照组、单纯腹腔开放组、单纯海水浸泡组 ,腹腔开放伤后生理盐水浸泡组作比较。结果 随着海水浸泡伤应激时间的延长 ,UI明显增加而大鼠胃液pH值明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,二者之间呈明显负相关 (r =- 0 70 0 35 ,P <0 0 1) ;电镜示壁细胞在正常对照组呈静息状态 ,其余各组的不同时段均有不同程度激活 ,尤以海水浸泡伤者为甚 ,并在 3h后达高峰 ;可见分泌小管壁细胞分泌小管扩张 ,绒毛密集 ,周围囊泡基本消失 ,线粒体丰富 ,呈明显激活状态。结论 海水是重要的致伤因素之一 ,可通过促进壁细胞泌酸作用而加重急性胃黏膜病变

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of open celiac wound immersion stress on acute gastric mucosal lesions(AGML)and oxyntic function in rats.Methods Animal models were made with SD rats.The changes of gastric mucosal ulcer index(UI),pH of gastric juice and the ultrastructural changes of parietal cells were observed,and a comparison was made among all the groups.Results With the wound immersion stress time prolonged,pH of gastric juice decreased and UI increased gradually in experimental rats.Moreover,there was significantly negative relationship between UI and pH value(r=-0 70035, P <0 01).Parietal cells were in a resting state in control group,but active in others,especially in the rats with open abdominal trauma after seawater immersion for 3 hours.Parietal cells in the activated state had numerous microvilli,vanished vesicles and abundant mitochondria.Conclusion Seawater is a traumatogenic factor,it can accelerate AGML by promoting the parietal cells to secrete gastric acid.
