| 摘 要： | 目的观察醒脑静脉注射射液治疗急性期脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法将120例脑梗死患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例在对照组60例常规治疗的基础上加用醒脑静脉注射射液,治疗前后定期对患者进行改良爱丁堡一斯堪的那维亚量表(Modified Edinburgh Scandinavian Stroke Scale,MESSS)的评定。结果治疗14d后治疗组MESSS评分明显高于对照组,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0·05或0·01)。结论醒脑静脉注射射液对急性期脑梗死具有较好的临床疗效。 |

Clinical observation of Xingnaojing injection on treating acute cerebral infarction |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of Xingnaojing injection on treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods 120 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups including sixty patients in treatment group and the other sixty patients in control group.Patients in treatment group were treated with conventional treatment and Xingnaojing injection,while patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment.Before and after treatment,Modified Edinburgh Scandinavian Stroke Scale was used to evaluation the effect.Results Course of treatment in both groups were 14 days.The scores were very significant difference between two groups（P0·05 orP0·01）.Conclusion The effect of Xingnaojing injection on acute cerebral infarction is effective. |
