银杏注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛98例

目的观察银杏注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病不稳定型心绞痛患者196例,随机均分为治疗组与对照组,分别给予常规治疗＋银杏注射液及常规治疗,治疗两周。结果治疗组心绞痛总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组的75.00%;治疗组心电图总有效率为66.67%,亦高于对照组的54.17%;治疗组硝酸甘油减停率为89.58%,高于对照组的64.58%;临床应用中未见明显不良反应,患者肝肾功能等亦无明显改变。结论在常规治疗基础上加用银杏注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛,在缓解心绞痛症状及改善冠状动脉供血等方面疗效显著。

Clinical Effect of Gingko Injection on Treating Unstable Angina in 98 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical effect and security of Gingko Injection on treatment of unstable angina.Methods 192 patients with unstable angina were selected and randomly and evenly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given the routine treatment combined with Gingko Injection,while the control group was only given the routine treatment for 2 weeks.The symptoms and electrocardiogram were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of symptoms and electrocardiogram,the stopping and decrease rate of nitroglycerin in the treatment group were 91.67%,66.67%and 89.58%respectively,which were all significantly higher than those in the control group（75.00%,54.17%and 64.58%respectively）.There were no adverse reactions in clinic and the function of liver and kidney also had no obvious change.Conclusion Adding Gingko Injection on the base of the routine treatment has good effect in relieving the angina symptoms and improving the blood supply of coronary artery.
