白内障超声乳化对糖尿病患者角膜内皮的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨白内障超声乳化对糖尿病患者角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法:糖尿病组:白内障合并糖尿病患者50例(58眼);对照组:白内障非糖尿病患者64例(70眼)。应用角膜内皮显微镜于术前及术后1d;1wk;1,3mo测量角膜内皮细胞密度、六角形细胞比率,分析结果。结果:与术前相比,糖尿病组术后角膜内皮细胞密度、六角形细胞比率均显著降低(P<0.05)。糖尿病组和对照组内皮细胞密度、六角形细胞比率术前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在术后1d;1wk;1,3mo,糖尿病组患者角膜内皮细胞丢失均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),糖尿病组患者角膜内皮细胞中六角形细胞比率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:白内障手术对角膜内皮细胞具有一定的损伤性,糖尿病患者较非糖尿病者角膜内皮易损伤。

Abstract:AIM: To investigate the influence of cataract phacoemulsification on corneal endothelial cells in diabetes.·METHODS: Totally 58 eyes of 50 cataract and diabetes patients in diabetic group and 70 eyes of 64 cataract patients without diabetes in control group were involved in this study. The density and the percentage of hexagonal cells of the corneal endothelium were measured before and on 1 day, 1 week, 1 and 3 months after surgery. The results were analyzed.·RESULTS: Compared with those before, both the density and the percentage of hexagonal cells of the corneal endothelium decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05). Though there was no statistical difference between those of the two groups before treatment, the corneal endothelium loss in diabetes group was more significantly than those in control group and the percentage of hexagonal cells of the corneal endothelium in diabetes group was less significantly than those control group at 1 day, 1 week; 1 and 3 months after treatment (P<0.05). ·CONCLUSION: The cataract phacoemulsification damages corneal endothelium more or less, and corneal endothelium of diabetics is more easy to be damaged.
