强化健康教育对预防耳科眩晕患者跌倒的研究

目的：对耳科眩晕患者强化健康教育，提高护理质量，避免患者的意外跌倒，减少医疗纠纷的发生。方法：对2007年6月至2008年6月在耳专科住院的103名眩晕患者进行强化入院、心理、活动、药物治疗、平衡康复等健康教育。结果：所有眩晕患者在位院期间无一例意外跌到。结论：强化健康教育，使眩晕患者树立防跌倒的意识，掌握防跌倒的方法，能有效地防止意外跌倒，提高护理质量。

Study of Reinforced Health Education on Preventing Patients with Vertigoes from Falling down

Objective To improve nursing service, to avoid unexpected tumbles of patients and to reduce medical disputes through intensified health education towards patients of ENT with vertigoes. Method Took measures such as reinforcing hospitalization, psychology, movement, medication and health education of balanced recovery of 103 patients with vertigoes who were hospitalized in otology between 06/2007 and 06/2008. Result None of the vertigo patients fell accidentally during hospitalization. Conclusion Intensified health education helped patients realize the importance to preclude tumble and then master how to do it. Thus it is effective to protect patients from falling down and to improve nursing service.
