| 摘 要： | 以国内外有代表性的文献为依据,进行整理和归纳,分别从茋类化合物抑制CYP酶活性、抑制酪氨酸蛋白激酶活性、抑制蛋白激酶C活性、抑制环氧合酶活性、促进细胞凋亡活性、微管蛋白聚集抑制活性、抗氧化及自由基消除活性、对NO合成酶的影响、对雌激素作用等不同的抗肿瘤作用机制的角度,对茋类化合物近年来的研究成果进行综述。

| Abstract: | Compounds containing stilbene scafold are becoming a kind of excellent lead compound in seeking for anticancer drugs.According to the reported literatures,the stilbenoids exhibit many biological activities which are relative to anticancer activities such as inhibition of CYP,inhibition of COX,induce activity to cell apotosis,inhibition of tubulin polymerization,and antioxidation. |
