| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑血吸虫病的临床及CT、MRI特点.方法对收治的11例脑血吸虫病患者的临床资料、实验室检查、CT、MRI结果进行回顾性分析.结果所有病例均为慢性脑血吸虫病,其中癫痫型5例,脑瘤型5例,脑卒中型1例,5例脑瘤型曾误诊为"胶质瘤";脑血吸虫病的CT、MRI表现具有特征性.结论脑血吸虫病临床表现多样,误诊率高,应结合实验室及影像学检查综合分析.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the characteristics of clinic and iconography in cerebral schistosomiasis. Methods We analyze clinical data, laboratory examination, CT and MRI results in 11 cases of cerebral schistosomiasis retrospectively. Results All of the cases were chronic cerebral schistosomiasis in which there were 5 in epilepti-forms, 5, encephloma-forms and 1, apoplecti-form. 5 in enceph loma-forms were misdiagnosed as glioma. MR and CT appearance was characteristic. Conclusions The clinical manifestations of cerebral schitosomiasis vary. Misdiagnosis rate is high. Analysis should be made combining laboratory and imaging data. |
