| 摘 要： | 为查明广西百色市轮状病毒性肠炎的发病情况,为进一步开展对本病的防治工作提供依据,用ELISA对百色市108例婴幼儿腹泻患儿进行了轮状病毒抗原检测,结果阳性65例,占60.2%,其中以6个月至1岁半组阳性率最高,达66.2%;12月及元月为发病高峰月份。首次证实轮状病毒是百色市婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻的主要病原。认为应用ELISA检测轮状病毒有推广价值。 |

| Abstract: | Antigen of rotavirus was detected in 108 infants and young children with diarrhea by using ELISA. The result showed that 65 cases (60.2%) were positive, of which the highest positve incidence was in the age group between 6 and 18 months, accounting for 66.2%. The disease occurred most frequently in December and January. It has been proved for the first time that rotavirus is the major cause of diarrhea in infants and young children in Baise city in autumn and winter months. It is suggested that the use of ELISA to detect rotavirus is of great value. |
