| 摘 要： | 目的:观察加强扬刺百会穴治疗抑郁症患者的临床疗效。方法:40例抑郁症患者其HAMILTON抑郁量表评分均大于20分,随机分成两组,分别采用加强扬刺百会穴及对照组进行治疗。结果:治疗4周后针刺组其总有效率为73.57%,对照组总有效率为77.16%。结论:加强扬刺百会穴可缓解抑郁症患者的各种症状,疗效与对照组相当。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical outcome in depressive patients with intensified centro-square needling in Baihui. Methods： 40 depressive patients whose HAMD scores were above 20 were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given intensified centro-square needling in Baihui, while the others received Fluoxetine. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 73.57% while the other was 77.16%. Conclusion： Intensified centro-square needling in Baihui could positively relieve the symptoms of Tristimania. as effective as Fluoxetine. |
