肠内营养支持对胎儿宫内发育迟缓的疗效

目的探讨肠内营养支持对胎儿宫内发育迟缓（IUGR）治疗效果,以及妊娠期长时间应用肠内营养支持的可行性和安全性。方法胎儿宫内发育迟缓孕妇48例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组24例,对照组给予相应胎龄所需热量的饮食,观察组除给予对照组的饮食外再加适量的肠内营养制剂,应用30天。结果观察组孕妇的宫高和双顶径的增加显着大于对照组孕者;观察组胎儿无应激试验（NST）阳性的比率显着大于对照组（P〈0.01）;观察组低体重出生儿（小儿出生体重小于2500g）及和Apgar小于7分的患儿比率显着小于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论肠内营养支持在胎儿宫内发育迟缓的治疗中不仅有效,而且对孕妇和胎儿也是安全的。

In the intestines the nutrition supports to the embryo palace in the growth retardation the curative effect

Objective To correct in the embryo palace the growth retardation(IUGR)with enteral nutrition,simultaneously further discusses feasibility and the security in the gestational long time application enteral nutrition support.Methods The 48 cases with the embryo palace the growth retardation pregnant woman were divided into the observation group and the control group stochastically,each group of 24 examples.The control group gives the corresponding embryo age calorific requirements the diet,the observation group besides gives the control group the diet to add in again the right amount enteral nutrition preparation,applies for 30 days.Results The increase of uterine height and fetal biparietal diameter of the pregnant womans in observation group obviously was bigger than the control group.The embryo NST response’s ratio in observation group obviously was bigger than the control group.The ratio of neonatal Apgar score lessthan 7 points in observation group obviously was smaller than the control group.Conclusion The treatment of enteral nutrition support for embryo palace growth retardation is effective and is also safe for the pregnant woman and the embryo.
