河南某高校大学生艾滋病知识态度行为调查分析

目的了解在校大学生对艾滋病（AIDS）知识的知晓率和其希望获得相关知识的途径,了解他们对待HIV感染者和艾滋病患者的态度,以及他们对待婚前性行为的态度,为学校开展艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,在某医学院一至三年级在校大学生中,抽查普通本科和民办普通本科两个批次的学生1 875人,进行现场匿名自填式问卷调查。结果大多数学生对AIDS的三条主要传播途径是否传播艾滋病知晓率较高（〉90%）,而对于一些易混淆的问题如蚊虫叮咬是否传播的知晓率只有35%;对待艾滋病病人或感染者同情但避而远之者高达45.6%;对待婚前性行为的态度以及发生性行为的情况男女差异都具有统计学意义。结论该校在校大学生已具备一定的预防艾滋病的知识和较为正确的态度,但随着性解放观念的发展,今后在进一步加强艾滋病防治知识宣传教育的同时应特别加强开展正确性健康教育,要教授学生正确使用避孕套的方法,教会学生保护自己与他人,关爱自身的健康,做到标本兼治。

Investigation and Analysis on knowledge,attitude and behavior for AIDS among college students of Henan Province.

Objective To study the status of knowledge,attitude and behavior about AIDS among college students and provide basis for AIDS health education.Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to recruit 1875students in grade 1～3,using self-administered field questionnaire survey.Results More than 90 % of students knew the three major routes of AIDS transmission,most of them knew that routine touch could not cause AIDS.But only 35 % of students gave the correct answer to that insect bite can not spread HIV.Treatment of AIDS patients or infected with sympathy but avoid much of which were up 45.6 percent;.Treatment of premarital sex and sexual attitudes of men and women have a statistically significant difference.Conclusion Collegestudents in the school already have some knowledge of AIDS prevention and a more correct attitude,But along with sexual liberation idea development,In the future to further strengthen propaganda and education on AIDS prevention knowledge at the same time should be particularly strengthened to correct health education,to teach students the correct way to use condoms.
