| 摘 要： | 对６２例焦虑症患者，进行丁螺环酮与安定的疗效比较研究，经过６周治疗现察，结果显示国产丁螺环酮的疗效与安定相似，未见明显副反应，证实有较好的抗焦虑作用，适用于焦虑症病人。

| Abstract: | A comparative stuty of therapeutic effect between buspirone and diazepam was conducted in 60patients with anxiety neurosis. Response to the treatment was observed over 6 weeks. The results showed that the therapeutic effect of home-made buspirone was similar to diazepam and no severe sideeffects was observed. Therefore, buspirone is suitable for anxiety neurosis patients. |
