| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨髌骨侧方腱膜丝线缝合加镍钛合金聚髌器（NT—PC）治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的体会。方法：采用髌前横弧形切口,整复髌骨粉碎性骨折,用10#丝线行髌骨侧方骨折块间断缝合固定,再用NT—PC固定骨折端,早期进行功能锻炼。结果：治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折98例,骨折均获得骨性愈合,膝关节功能好,优良率96.9%。结论：髌骨侧方腱膜丝线缝合加NT—PC治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折,手术操作简便,不仅保留了髌骨,又能牢固固定骨折端,便于早期功能锻炼,疗效确切。
