| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定蒙药比力洼-3中麻黄有效成分的含量测定方法。方法采用C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(5∶95),流速为0.8mL.min-1,检测波长为207nm[1]。结果盐酸麻黄碱在0.08232~0.8232μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为102.36%,RSD为0.54%。结论本方法简便可靠、分离度较好、结果稳定,可用于比力洼-3的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in a prepared Mongolia traditional medicine Biliwa-3.Methods HPLC method was built by using Diamonsil C18 as column and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（5∶95） as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.8mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 207nm.Results The calibration curve of ephedrine hydrochloride was linear（r=0.9999） in the range of 0.08232～0.8232μg.The average recovery was 102.36%,and RSD was 0.54%.Conclusion The method is simple,reproducible and capable of producing good separation results.It can be applied to the quality control of Biliwa-3. |
