卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中树突状细胞的免疫组织化学研究

目的 探讨树突细胞在卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中的浸润情况及其临床意义。方法 用Ｓ－１００蛋白抗体对４８例卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤组织中间质树突细胞进行免疫组化Ｓ－Ｐ法标记染色,并与正常组织及卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤对照。结果 卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤组织中树突细胞浸润明显增多（Ｐ〈０．０１）,树突细胞浸润数量与组织类型,分化程度无关,而与淋巴细胞浸润呈直线相关（Ｐ〈０．０１）。树突细胞浸润程度与患者预后呈正相关（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论 树突细胞的浸润可能与肿瘤免疫有关,肿瘤组织原位树突细胞计数,可作为卵巢癌患者估计预后的指标之一。

Immunohistochemical study on dendritic cells in epithelial ovarian cancer

Objective To study the infiltration of dendritic cells(DC) in epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods Quantitative assessment of interstitial dendritic cells was performed by S-P immunohistochemical method in specimens of maligmant epithelial ovarian tumor ( n =48),benign epithelial ovarian tumor( n =30),and normal ovarian tissue( n =30). Results The number of DC in maligmant epithelial ovarian tumor increased significantly as compared with benign epithelial tumor and normal ovarian tissue( P <0.01).The DC number in maligmant epithelial ovarian tumor was not correlated with histologic types and differentiation grades, but was correlated with lymphocyte infiltration and survival rate. Conclusion DC may play a role in the host immune reaction against tumor and the number of DC in situ can serve as a useful indicator in assessing prognosis.
