| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸、穴位注射、心理治疗并用治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法按照随机的原则,将符合诊断标准的62例周围性面瘫患者随机分为两组。治疗组32例,采用针灸、穴位注射、心理治疗 对照组30例,采用单纯针灸治疗。结果总有效率治疗组分别为96.9%,对照组分别为83.3%,两组总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针灸、穴位注射、心理治疗并用治疗周围性面瘫疗效优于单纯针灸治疗,对周围性面瘫的治疗具有重要意义。
