大学生健康教育模式的优化研究

摘    要:
目的开展大学生健康教育优化模式研究,促进大学生主动参加健康教育,减少健康风险因素。方法采用文献资料法、专题小组讨论、问卷调查等,开展健康教育优化模式理论研究,并整群抽样,抽取大学生584人,进行实验研究。结果实验组健康教育活动参与率61.0%,对照组7.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=778.294,P=0.000)。实验组基本健康知识及格率在健康教育后是83.1%,对照组是55.4%,2组差异有统计学意义(χ2=50.236,P=0.000),健康教育后实验组健康理念进一步增强。大学生对该健康教育模式满意度为84.7%。结论大学生健康教育优化模式有效、适用,应完善推广。

Abstract:
Objective To develop an optimized mode of health education for college students,so as to increase their active attending and therefore decrease the risk factors of health.Methods To select the optimized education,the related literature was reviewed extensively,and the focus discussion and questionnaires survey were conducted.Through cluster sampling,584 undergraduates were selected and experimentally studied.Results The participation rate of health education in the intervention group was 61.0% whereas that in the control group was 7.2%,the difference had statistically significance (χ^2=778.294,P=0.000).The passing rate of the test of general health knowledge in the intervention group was 83.1%,whereas that in the control group was only 55.4% (χ^2=50.236,P=0.000).The healthy values improved after the intervention.The satisfaction rate for the health education mode was 84.7%.Conclusions This kind of health education mode is effective and applicable,and could be popularized.
