| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨如何建立一套合理完善的临床教学质量保障体系.方法 以国家有关文件为指导,结合我院临床教学实际情况,探讨临床教学质量保障体系的建立与实践,并在9所教学基地中应用.结果 通过健全临床教学基地教学管理机构,完善临床教学规章制度,加强师资队伍建设,建立临床教学基地教学评估体系,保障了临床教学质量.结论 临床教学质量保障体系的建立,对提高临床教学质量起到积极的促进作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the ways to set up a reasonable quality guarantee system for clinical teaching.
