非小细胞肺癌靶向性治疗的进展

肿瘤靶向治疗通过针对特异性的靶点来杀死和抑制肿瘤细胞,避免或极大地减少了对正常细胞的伤害,已成为肿瘤研究的热点。目前一些靶向治疗药物在针对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床治疗中取得了一定疗效,诸如小分子酪氨酸激酶抑制剂吉非替尼、埃罗替尼以及放射免疫治疗药131I-肿瘤细胞核人鼠嵌合单克隆抗体等,另外还有相当一部分靶向治疗药物正处于研究试验阶段。

The Progress on Targeting Treatment of Nun-small Cell Lung Cancer

Targeted therapy is a treatment process which kills or inhibits tumor cells by aiming at specific target,this kind of therapy can avoid or reduce the hurt to normal cells,so it became the hot spot in the research of tumor.Recently,certain effects have been achieved on the clinical treatment for non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）by using a number of targeted therapy drugs,such as small-molecule TKIs Iressa,Tarceva,as well as radioimmunotherapy drug ^131I-chTNT,etc.There are also a considerable number of targeted therapy drugs which are in experimental phase.
