加味大柴胡汤治疗妊娠合并轻型急性胰腺炎疗效观察

目的:探讨采用加味大柴胡汤为主配合西药治疗妊娠合并轻型急性胰腺炎(MAP)患者的疗效。方法:回顾性分析近九年间40例妊娠合并MAP患者的临床资料,其中中西医结合治疗组24例,采用加味大柴胡汤加减口服或经胃管注入;西药治疗对照组16例,采用一般非手术综合治疗,治疗1周后判定疗效。结果:中西医结合治疗组治愈15例,好转7例,无效2例,总有效率为91.6%。对照组治愈4例,好转9例,无效3例,总有效率为81.3%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。住院期间两组分别各有1例胎儿宫内窘迫及1例胎儿死亡,无母亲死亡。结论:妊娠合并急性胰腺炎可以使用加味大柴胡汤,中西医结合治疗效果明显优于单用西药组,值得临床推广运用。

A Study on Curative Effect of JiaWeiDaCaiHuTang in Patients with Mild Acute Pancreatitis in Pregnancy

Objective:To study the curative effect of JiaWeiDaCaiHuTang in patients with mild acute pancreatitis in pregnancy.Methods:Forty cases of mild acute pancreatitis in pregnancy admitted from 1997 to 2006 were studied retrospectively.Twenty-fore patients wered treated by combination of TCM with Western medicine,who took JiaWeiDaCaiHuTang by mouth or infusion through gastric tube.Sixteen patients received non-operative medical treatment routinely.Therapeutic effect was judged one week later.Results:In group received combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine,15 cases were cured,7 cases improved and 2 cases ineffective,total effective rate was 91.6%.In routine treatment group,4 cases recovered,9 cases improved and 3 cases ineffective,total effective rate was 81.3%.The significant deviation of effective rate between the two groups was noted(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine gained an advantage over routine treatment with Western medicine,was well worthy of clinical application widely.
