| 摘 要： | 横向暴力影响着护士的身心健康,加剧了护士的短缺,最终会降低护理服务质量。通过对国内外护士之间横向暴力的表现形式、发生情况、产生原因和负面影响进行综述,以探索和发现有效预防护士之间横向暴力发生的对策,创造健康的工作环境。

| Abstract: | Lateral violence affects the physical and mental health of nurses, and intensifies the shortage of nurses, and ultimately reduces the quality of nursing. This paper summarized the current situation, causes and consequences of lateral violence among domestic and foreign nurses, so as to explore effective ways and methods to prevent lateral violence and create a comfortable work environment. |
