| 摘 要： | 从1990年8月至1994年10月，我们用肝动脉化疗、栓塞术治疗156例中、晚期肝癌。随访129例，一年生存率为32．56％，半年生存率为55．8％，治疗总有效率为76％。21例接受Ⅱ期外科手术切除肿瘤，病理检查证实少数病例肿瘤完全坏死。大多数病例肿瘤明显坏死，残余少量癌细胞。作者认为：充分栓塞肝动脉和合理安排化疗剂量与周期可提高疗效；影响栓塞效果的因素有肿瘤血供分型、侧枝循环形成和肿瘤动一静脉瘘形成。
