慢性重型病毒性肝炎患者外周血单核细胞超微结构的初步观察

电镜观察发现１４例慢性重型病毒肝炎患者外周血单核细胞超微结构，结果发现所有患者单核细胞均有不同程度的形态改变，其早期主要表现为细胞表面结构丰富，吞噬泡与细胞颗粒增加，线粒体明显增多等。而极期患者单核细胞结构改变恰好相反，并且有明显的胞质变性，细胞器减少和线粒体肿胀，表明慢性重型病毒性肝炎早期时，单核细胞大多被激活，以后随病情加重逐渐由活化转入抑制和衰退状态。

ULTRASTRUCTURAL OBSERVATION OF PERIPHRAL BLOOD MONOCYTES IN PA-TIENTS WITH CHRONIC SEVERE VIRAL HEPATITIS

Peripheral blood monocytes of 14 patients with chronic severe viral hepatitis(CSVH) were studiedby electron microscopy.A various degree of monocyte changes was found in all patients. The mainultrastructural changes included rich of cell superficial structure, increased phagoso me and pinocytoticvesicle and raised markedly mitochondria and graunles were observed in the early stage of CSVH pa-tients. But the different morphological abnormal were observed in the utmost stage,and then there wereorganelles decrease, cytoplasm degeneration and mito chondria swelling in the utmost stage. This resultsindicated that the most monocytes of CSVH patients were activated and it switched from the activationto the inhibition and the illness developed worse conse quently.
