| 摘 要： | 目的：探索临床应用种植体作为支抗矫正成人合并Kendy＇s Ⅱ类牙列缺损的错略畸形方法：对Angle Ⅱ类合并牙列缺失的牙he畸形、根本无磨牙作为支抗的病例，选用种植体植入颌骨，以此作为支抗矫正错铪畸形，观察其可行性及疗效；在矫正治疗结束后，根据情况进行种植修复。结果：所有病例都是极为有效的尝试结论：对Angle Ⅱ类合并牙列缺失的错略畸形的矫正使用种植体作为支抗不仅是有效、可行；而且可一并修复牙列缺失. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the feasibility of application of implant as anchorage in correction of adult maloc-clusion complicated by Kendy's type II dental losses.Methods:For those partially edentulous cases of Angle II malocclusion,which could not use molar as the anchorage regularly,special miniimplant was imbedded into mandibularbone,whichwas applied as anchorage incorrectionofmalocclusion,and thenthe feasibilityand cura-tive effect was observed.After correction of malocclusion,different implant prostheses were carried out accord-ingto differentcases.Results:The application of implantwas effective for all the cases.Conclusion:Itis feasi-ble and effective to use implant as anchorage in correction of Angle II malocclusion complicated by partial den-tal loss which could be restored at the same time. |
