| Abstract: | Several species were immunized with IgG myeloma proteins to prepare subclass-specific antisera. Rabbits produced easily antibodies against IgG1 and IgG3. Antibodies against IgG2 and IgG4 were easily raised in sheep. The antisera were tested by precipitation and agglutination techniques. |
