| 摘 要： | 目的改进罗格列酮的合成方法。方法以对羟基苯甲醛为起始原料,经5步反应合成目标化合物的路线。结果及结论用该路线可以在温和条件下合成出该药,适用于工业化生产。最终产品纯度大于99%。

| Abstract: | Objectjve To improve the synthesis way of Rosiglitazone.Method A facile five-step synthesis of the target mdecule has been performed starting with p -Hydroxybenzaldehyde. Result and eonelusion The synthesis way was moderate and can be applied in industrialization production.The purity of the final product was more than 99%. |
