恩再适联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

目的比较恩再适或联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的效果及安全性。方法将带状疱疹患者50例随机分为恩再适组和常规组各25例，两组患者均使用伐昔洛韦治疗10d及维生素B1、B12等基础治疗15d，恩再适组加用恩再适36U／日肌内注射5d。观察2组患者皮损控制情况、疼痛改善情况及后遗神经痛的发病率。结果恩再适组疼痛减轻时间（6．2±3．6）日和疼痛消失时间（15．1±5．6）日均较常规治疗组（11．3±5．6,25．3±7．9）日明显缩短，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论带状疱疹采用伐昔洛韦治疗时，加用恩再适可缩短疼痛时间，减低后遗神经痛的发病率。

Therapeutic effect of analgecine in combination with valaciclovir hydrochloride on herpes zoster

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of analgecine and in combination with valaciclovir hydrochloride. Methods Fifty pationts with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups：analgecine and routine groups. The patients in two groups were both treated with valaciclovir hydro-chloride and vitmin B1 ,vitmin B12 ,vitmin E for 15 days. Analgecine were used additionaly in analgecine group for 5 days： Results The period of pain relieved and disappear in the analgecine group were （6.2±3.6） days and （15.1±5.6）days respectively, which were significenfly shorter than that in normal group（11.3±5.6,25.3±7.9） days （P〈0.01） ： Conclusion The results suggest that analgecine can reduce the degree of pain and prevent postherpetic neuralgia（PHN）.
