摘    要:应用心机械图测定15名优秀田径运动员和15名业余运动员的主动舒张时间指数,心尖搏动图A波的相对振幅,舒张振幅时间指数等指标并与同龄正常人比较。结果显示,TARTI,DATI,F/H在业余组与对照组存在非常显著的差异(P<0.01),优秀组除上述指标外,A/D、O-F也较对照组有非常显著的差异(P<0.01)且DATI、O-F较业余组亦有显著差异(P<0.05)。提示以耐力训练为主的运动员其运动水平的提高也与左心舒张功能和顺应性的改善相关,在安静状态下左心舒张功能指标较收缩功能更敏感。

Abstract:The left ventricular diastolic function and compliance of 15 excellent professional athle-tes & 15 amateur athletes were assessed by ACG, ECG, PCG and CPT in comparison with30 normal controls. All athletes took part in at least 3 years of aerobic training. The subje-cts were 15-24 years old. The results showed that TARTI, DATI & F/H in amateur groupincreased significantly compared with control group (p<0.01). TARTI, DATI, F/H & OFincreased and A/D decreased significantly in excellent group compared with control group(p<0.01). DATI O-F & P/L in excellent group were also significantly different comparedwith amateur group. The results suggested that the improvement of athlete's performancewith aerobic training was strongly related to the improvement of left ventricular diastolicfunction & compliance. The resting indices of diastolic function is more sensitive than theindices of systolic function.
