护理人员能级管理认知现状调查分析

目的 了解护理人员能级管理知识、态度现状,为完善能级管理模式提供参考.方法 按职称比例分层抽样法在乌鲁木齐市12所医院(三级医院4所,二级医院8所)抽取1 492名护理人员进行能级管理认知问卷调查.结果 护理人员能级管理知识得分为21.38±4.78;不同年龄、民族、职称、工作年限和工作岗位的护理人员能级管理知识水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05,P＜0.01);70.64％护理人员对实施能级管理持中性态度.结论 护理人员能级管理认知居于中下水平,有待提高.加强相关培训,提高护理人员对能级管理模式的认知,有利于能级管理的实施.

Awareness of competency-based management among nurses : a survey study

Objective To understand knowledge of and attitude toward competency-based management among nursing staff,and to provide reference for optimizing competency-based management. Methods By using stratified sampling according to nurses′ professional titles,a total of 1 492 nurses working in 12 hospitals of Urumchi(4 tertiary hospitals and 8 secondary hospitals) were selected to fill in the questionnaire in terms of their cognition of competency-based management. Results Nurses′ knowledge of competency-based management scored 21.38±4.78;the scores had significant differences in nurses in different age groups,with varied nationality,professional titles,service lengths and in those placed in different positions(P<0.05,P<0.01).Strictly,70.64% of nurses held a neutral attitude toward competency-based management. Conclusion Nurses′ cognition of competency-based management is at moderate level and is needed to be improved.Targeted training should be employed to strengthen nurses′ cognition,so as to help implement of competency-based management.
