| 摘 要： | 目的探讨比索洛尔加用参松养心胶囊联合治疗老年室性早搏的临床疗效。方法将老年室性早搏患者80例随机分成两组,对照组常规用比索洛尔治疗;治疗组加服参松养心胶囊治疗。治疗4周后,评价治疗前后临床症状及心电图改善情况。结果治疗组临床症状和动态心电图总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论比索洛尔加用参松养心胶囊治疗老年室性早搏的疗效优于单用比索洛尔,可缩短治疗周期、减少不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Bisoprolol combined with Shensong Yangxin capsule for the treatment of elder patient ventricular premature. Methods 80 inpatients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group were treated with Bisoprolol, and the therapeutic group with Shensong Yangxin capsule and Bisoprolol. After 4 weeks treatment, clinical symptoms of before and after treatment and ECG were evaluated. Results The total effective rate of clinical symptoms and dynamic ECG of the therapeutic group were higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Bisoprolol combined with Shensong Yangxin capsule is better than Bisoprolol, and the adverse reactions is less than the latter. |
