改良泪道逆行置管术加糜蛋白酶冲洗治疗泪道阻塞临床分析

目的探讨改良泪道逆行置管术加糜蛋白酶冲洗治疗泪道阻塞的临床疗效。方法选择66例泪道阻塞患者,共76眼,采用内置改良记忆导丝的7号泪道探针探查泪道、硅胶导管逆行进入泪道,术后保留导管6个月,期间采用糜蛋白酶间断冲洗泪道,6个月后评价治疗效果。结果 76眼患者治愈70眼,治愈率为92.1%,好转4眼,总有效率为97.4%。无效2眼,无效率为2.6%。结论采用改良泪道逆行置管术加糜蛋白酶冲洗治疗泪道阻塞,治愈率高,具有良好的临床效果。

Clinical analysis of improved improvement lacrimal duct retrograde catheterization combine chymotrypsin lavage in lacrimal passage obstruction

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of improved Improvement lacrimal duct retrograde catheterization combine chymotrypsin lavage in lacrimal passage obstruction. Methods 66 cases of patients with lacrimal duct obstruction were selected,there was a total of 76 eyes, lacrimal passage were explored with NO.7 remembrance guide wire, silica gel vessel were inserted with retrograde catheterization and retented in 6 months, and lacrimal passage were douched with chymotrypsin, curative effect were assessed after 6 months. Results 70 of 76 eyes were cured, cure rate was 92.1%, 5 of 76 eyes were improved, effective power was 97.4%,2 of 76 eyes were invalid, invalid rate was 2.6%. Conclusion Improvement lacrimal duct retrograde catheterization combine chymotrypsin lavage in lacrimal passage obstruction had higher cure rate and good cinical effect.
