| 摘 要： | 目的探讨术前心理干预对子宫肌瘤行子宫切除患者术前焦虑的影响。方法选取笔者所在医院56例子宫肌瘤行子宫切除手术患者,随机分成干预组和对照组各28例,对照组不予以心理支持,干预组采用支持心理疗法,干预前及手术前日进行SAS、SDS和血压、心率比较。结果手术前干预组SAS、SDS明显低于对照组(P<0.05),血压、心率亦明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过有效的心理干预可明显改善患者术前的焦虑抑郁状态。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative anxiety for preoperative psychological intervention on uterine fibroids uterine resection. Methods 56 patients undergoing hysterectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group contains 28 patients. The control group was not given psychological support while intervention group was given psychotherapy support. SAS, SDS and BP were compared between the two groups before operation. Results SAS, SDS of the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05) before hysterectomy, also the blood pressure, heart rate were significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Preoperative nursing intervention can effectively relieve the patient’s preoperative anxiety and depression. |
