复明地黄汤联合人工泪液治疗80例干眼症疗效观察

目的探讨复明地黄汤联合人工泪液治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2007年1月~2011年10月收治的80例干眼症患者的临床资料,按照患者治疗方式不同分为观察组(45例)及对照组(35例),两组患者均应用玻璃酸钠滴眼液(人工泪液)治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用中药复明地黄汤,在治疗前后测定患者泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间及角膜荧光素染色积分情况,比较两组患者的临床疗效及泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光素染色变化情况。结果观察组患者临床总有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光素染色积分改善优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复明地黄汤联合人工泪液治疗干眼症能改善患者临床症状,有促进泪液分泌,延长泪膜破裂时间的作用,值得在临床推广。

Observation on the curative effect of Fuming Dihuang soup and artificial tears in the treatment of 80 cases with dry eye syndrome

Objective The curative effect of Fuming Dihuang soup and artificial tears in the treatment of cases with dry eye syndrome is discussed in this paper. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases with dry eye syndrome receiving a treatment in the first people’s hospital of Guangzhou Baiyun district from January 2007 to October 2010 was retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into observation group (45 cases)and control group (35 cases). Sodium hyaluronate eye drops (artificial tears) were applied in both groups,but traditional Chinese medicine (Fuming Dihuang soup) was additionally used in observation group. Before and after treatment,the SIT,BUT and FL scores of patients were tested respectively,and the clinical effects and SIT,BUT and FL changes of two groups of patients were compared. Results The observation group had a higher total response rate,and the difference between two groups was of statistical significance (P < 0.05);the observation group had better SIT,BUT and FL scores improvements than the control group,and the difference between two groups was also of statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Fuming Dihuang soup with artificial tears in the treatment of cases with dry eye syndrome can help improve the clinical symptoms,promote tear secretion,and prolong the effect of tear film fracture time. Therefore,this method is worth promoting in the clinical field.
