妊娠合并外科急腹症临床特点及治疗分析

目的探讨各种妊娠合并外科急腹症的临床诊治要点。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2001年1月～2011年1月收治的39例妊娠合并外科急腹症患者的临床资料。结果 39例妊娠合并外科急腹症,其中急性阑尾炎25例,急性胆囊炎9例,急性肠梗阻2例,输尿管结石2例,嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝1例。39例患者保守治疗24例,手术治疗27例,其中术前人工流产4例,孕期>34周手术治疗同时行剖宫产6例,术后自然流产1例。5例术后给予保胎治疗,继续妊娠至足月。结论不同妊娠期外科急腹症具有各自特点,妊娠期合并阑尾炎,多采用手术治疗,其他合并症则遵循个体化原则,如有产科指征,应同时行剖宫产。

Objective To discuss each kind of pregnancy merge surgical department acute abdominal pains the clinical diagnosis main point.Methods Review analysis of 39 cases with pregnancy merge surgical department acute abdominal pains from January 2011 to January 2011.Results In 39 cases with pregnancy merge surgical department acute abdominal pains,included acute appendicitis 25 cases,the acute cholecystitis 9 cases,the acute intestinal obstruction 2 cases,the ureterolithiasis 2 cases,inlay the inguen slanting hernia 1 case.24 cases with conservatively treatment,the surgical treatment were 27 cases,in front of in which technique the induced abortion 4 cases,the gestation period which was longer than 34 weeks surgeries treat with split the palace to produce 6 cases fashionably,after the technique of the natural abortion 1 case.After 5 example techniques to give the fetus protection treatment,continues the pregnancy full-term to.Conclusion Different gestation period surgical department acute abdominal pains have the characteristic,the gestation period merge appendicitis,uses the surgery to treat,other complications follow the individuation principle,if has obstetrics to refer drafts,should split the palace to produce fashionably.
