桂枝芍药汤在类风湿关节炎中的综合疗效研究

目的探讨桂枝芍药汤在类风湿关节炎中的综合疗效。方法选取2009年8月～2011年10月于笔者所在医院进行治疗的70例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组每组各35例,对照组采用甲氨蝶呤进行治疗,观察组则采用桂枝芍药汤进行治疗,然后将两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、治疗前后的晨僵时间、关节肿胀和疼痛指数进行比较。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,晨僵时间、关节肿胀和疼痛指数优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝芍药汤在类风湿关节炎中的综合疗效和安全性均较好,且具有显效快的优点。

Study on the comprehensive effect of Guizhi Shaoyao decoction in rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To study the comprehensive effect of Guizhi Shaoyao decoction in rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 70 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from August 2009 to October 2011 were selected as research object and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group. The control group were treated with methotrexate and the observation group were treated with Guizhi Shaoyao decoction. The total effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions,time of morning,indexes of joint swelling and pain before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group. Incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group. Time of morning,indexes of joint swelling and pain were better than those of control group. There were all significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive effect and safety of Guizhi Shaoyao decoction in rheumatoid arthritis is better and it also has an advantage of fast-acting.
