摘    要:目的:研制一种离心式中药多功能提取器。方法:采用离心、平台导热技术及优质不锈钢材,结合有效提取方法研制而成。在设备的上方安装了能够起重、可升降、可左右移动、能将转鼓中滤袋吊起出渣的电动葫芦,亦可用于该设备检修时的起吊。结果:将提取后的药渣进行固液分离仅需3~5min,使原含液量为219%左右的药渣下降为53%左右,成品舍固量由11.7%左右上升到15.3%左右,生产周期缩短了一半。结论:该设备不增加原有生产人员编配,无需扩大生产场地,在同一容器中完成了水煎、醇沉、回流提取、挥发油提取、固液分离等工序,对缩短药品生产周期、减少药品浪费、提高药品质量等具有重要意义。适用于医院制剂及制药行业的中成药生产。

Abstract:Objective To develop a extractor of Chinese multi-function centrifugal. Methods By centrifugal technique and heat conduction technology in platform, and high-quality stainless steel and combined with an effective extraction method. The electric hoist that can lift, adjust, move around, and drum in the filter bag can be lifted out, was installed in top of the equipment. Results The extracted dregs were divided in solid-and liquid is only need 3-5min, and the original volume of liquid from 219% clown to 53%±, finished products by solid volume from 11.7%± to 15.3%±, the cycle of production is also shorten half. Conclusion The device can not increase the original disposition of staffing and the place of production. The decocting with water, alcoholysis, the refluxing extraction, the naphtha extraction and the solid-liquid separation are all in the same container. It has great significance to shorten the period of production of the drug, reduce the waste of drugs and improve the quality of the medicines. And it is applied in the production of Chinese medicines of hospitals and the preparation of the pharmaceutical industry.
