预见性护理对门诊人流术患者并发症预防初探

目的评价预见性护理对门诊人流术患者并发症的预防作用,为探索行之有效的护理方法提供参考。方法采用历史对照研究,将深圳市龙华区中心医院门诊2017年7月至2018年6月行人流术采用预见性护理的患者203例设为观察组,2016年7月至2017年6月门诊行人流术采用常规护理的212例患者设为对照组,比较两组术中、术后并发症发生率,记录两组术后流血时间、腹痛时间及发热发生率。结果观察组术中并发症发生率为6.90%,术后并发症发生率为5.91%,对照组术中、术后并发症发生率分别为12.26%、17.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后流血时间(4.73±0.49)d,腹痛时间(1.06±0.28)d,明显短于对照组的(7.26±1.19)、(1.82±0.33)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理可降低门诊人流术患者并发症,缩短术后腹痛和流血时间。

The effect of predictive nursing on the prevention of complications in outpatient abortion

Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of predictive nursing on the complications of outpatient abortion,in order to provide reference for exploring effective nursing methods.Methods Using a historical control study,203 patients receiving predictive nursing care during outpatient abortion in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were set as the observation group,and 212 patients receiving routine nursing during outpatient abortion from July 2016 to June 2017 were set as the control group.The incidences of intraoperative and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups,and the duration of postoperative bleeding,abdominal pain and the incidence of fever was recorded.Results The incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.90%and 5.91%respectively,and those in the control group was 12.26%and 17.45%accordingly,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Postoperative bleeding time and abdominal pain time in the observation group(4.73±0.49)d,(1.06±0.28)d]were significantly shorter than those in the control group(7.26±1.19)d,(1.82±0.33)d],with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Predictive nursing can reduce incidences of complications in outpatient abortion and shorten postoperative abdominal pain and bleeding time.
