两种联合用药治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效观察

目的观察米诺环素软膏与地塞米松联合治疗急性冠周炎的临床疗效。方法选择门诊162例下颌智齿冠周炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各81例。治疗组在常规冲洗后以米诺环素软膏置入龈袋内,并局部注射地塞米松,观察临床效果;对照组在常规冲洗后置入碘仿甲硝唑糊剂。结果两组总有效率分别为96.30%和71.60%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米诺环素软膏与地塞米松联合治疗急性冠周炎的临床疗效优于碘仿甲硝唑糊剂。

Clinical observation of two kinds ot: drug combination on treating acute pericoronitis ot: third molar

Objective To observe the clinical effects of the minocycline and dexamethasone combine on treating acute pericoronitis.Methods 162 patients of acute pericoronitis of third molar were randomly divided into 2 groups. Experimental group were put minocycline into the gingival pocket after local flushing and inject dexamethasone into local gingival. The control group were given iodoform-metronidazole cataplasm into gingival socket after flushing. Results The clinical experiments showed that the total effective rate of the experimentalgroup was 96.30% while that of the control group was 76.10%.There was statistically significant difference between both teams(P < 0.05) .Conclusion The minocycline and dexam-ethasone was effective on treating acute pericoronitis.
