| 摘 要： | 对６例心脏手术患者进行营养支持治疗，取得较好疗效。讨论营养不良对心肺功能的影响和营养支持治疗的重要性以及治疗时注意事项。对营养不良病人即使未发生并发症也应给予营养支持治疗。

| Abstract: | From 1991 to 1992, we gave nutritional support to 6 patients with critical complications before and after open-heart surgery. The result was good. In this paper, we discuss the effects of malnutrition on cardiopulmonary function and the importance of nutritional support as well as some matters needing attention during the support period. We emphasize that nutritional support must be given to the malnutritional patients even before the critical conditions occur. |
