摘    要:
本文探讨了一种测定抗坏血酸的快速分析方法。本法具有较好的选择性,许多共存物质无干扰,用于测定果汁、饮料、西红柿等中抗坏血酸含量,获得与靛酚法一致的结果。

Abstract:
A rapid analytical method for the ascorbic acid was discribed. The method was selective and most of the accompanying substances did not interfere. It was applied to the dedermination of ascordie acid in fruit juices, drinks and tomato. The results were in good agreement with that obtained by 2.6 dichlorophenolindophenol method.
