| Abstract: | A rapid analytical method for the ascorbic acid was discribed. The method was selective and most of the accompanying substances did not interfere. It was applied to the dedermination of ascordie acid in fruit juices, drinks and tomato. The results were in good agreement with that obtained by 2.6 dichlorophenolindophenol method. |
