口腔扁平苔藓病的相关危险因素分析

目的:初步探讨口腔扁平苔癣的发病因素与各种理化刺激的关系。方法:采用1∶1配对研究方法,对93例河南籍口腔扁平苔癣患者给与在年龄和性别相匹配的河南籍非口腔扁平苔癣人群采用统一的调查进行问卷调查,采用条件Logistic分析方法分析扁平苔癣发生的影响因素。结果:分析结果提示经常刺激性饮食是扁平苔癣发病的主要危险因素。结论:口腔扁平苔癣的发病与局部理化刺激和精神因素等有着一定的联系。

Analyzing the risk factors of oral lichen planus

Objective: To explore the relationship between various local irritants and etiology of oral lichen planus.Methods: A case-control study was used with a ratio of 1∶1,and a health survey was conducted on objects which included 93 cases with histologically confirmed diagnoses of lichen planus of oral and 93 controls matched by age and sex.The analysis method of conditional logistic regression was used to analyze the influential factors of oral lichen planus.Results: It was found that oral lichen planus was closely related to frequently eating irritative food.Conclusion: The present study indicates that there might be some correlation between various irritations etc and etiology of oral lichen planus.
