| 摘 要： | 目的；评价医用生物蛋白胶在婴幼儿腭裂整复术中的疗效。方法：将38例需行腭裂整复术的婴幼儿分成两组，生物蛋白胶组（20例）在腭裂整复术中采用生物蛋白胶封闭两侧松驰切口，对照组（18例）则采用碘仿纱条封闭两侧松驰切口，比较两组的临床疗效。结果；生物蛋白胶组较对照组术后反应轻、体温恢复正常快、切口愈合时间短、术后住院日数少。结论：在婴幼儿腭裂整复术中应用生物蛋白胶效果好，安全可靠。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of fibrin glue(FG)on repairing cleft palate in infants.Methods :38infants with cleft palate were divided into t wo groups:FG group(n=20)and iodoform gauze group(n=18).The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with iodoform gauze group,FG group had a minor postoperative re action,faster temperature recovering,shorter time of wound healing and less postoperative hospitalization days.Conclusion:FG has a reli-able and safe effect on repairing cle ft palate in infant |
