道地药材单叶蔓荆内生真菌生态分布

摘    要:
文章研究不同产地单叶蔓荆内生真菌生态分布,结果显示,从不同产地单叶蔓荆植株中分离获得内生真菌257株,分别属于4纲5目6科26属。研究发现不同产地单叶蔓荆内生真菌的种类与分布均存在差异,以江西都昌多宝产单叶蔓荆内生真菌的生物多样性最为丰富,共67株,而广东汕头产单叶蔓荆植株中分离获得内生真菌最少;不同地理条件和生长环境的单叶蔓荆内生真菌种类和分布存在差异,从湖滨沙滩荒洲产单叶蔓荆分得内生真菌菌株数最多,湖中沙滩荒洲产单叶蔓荆分得内生真菌菌株最少。该研究为揭示单叶蔓荆内生真菌对其药用品质的形成,探讨内生真菌与单叶蔓荆道地药材相关性提供依据。

Abstract:
The study was about ecological distribution of endophyty fungi isolated from vitex trifolia. The results showed that 257 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from vitex trifolla in different regions, belonging to 26 genera and 6 famihelles, 5 orders and 4 classes. The study found that the species and distribution of endophytic fungi d vitex trifolia in different regions are various. Jiangxi Duchang had the most abundant biedlversity of endophytic fungi of vitex trifolia where there was a total of 67 strains, while endophytic fungi of vitextrifo].ia in Guangdong Shantou were isolated by the least. The strains and distributions of endophytic fungi of vitex trifolia from different geographical conditions and the growth environment varied a lot. The maximum number of endophytic fungi strains was from a lakeside beach desert, and the least was from the beach in lake. The study was to reveal medicinal quality formation of the endophytic fungi of vitex trifolia and provided the basis of the correlation between endophytic fungi and genuine medicinal materials.
