| 摘 要： | 目的：了解急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术中缓慢性心律失常与心源性休克的规律。方法：观察本院1996年1月至2003年12月289例急性心肌梗死患者急性经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术中缓慢性心律失常的发生规律及与心源性休克的关联。结果：右冠状动脉闭塞的缓慢性心律失常及心源性休克的发生率最高，前降支缓慢性心律失常的发生率最低，左旋支心源性休克的发生率最低。结论：急诊经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术中缓慢性心律失常与心源性休克的发生关系密切，与梗塞部位相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the regularity of bradycardia arrhythmus and cardiac shock in acute myocardia infarction(AMI). Methods: 289 patients with acute myocardia infarction were analyzed in the hospital from Jan 1996 to Nov 2003 and studied the relationship between the currence of bradycardia arrhythmus and cardiac shock and the location of infarct myocardia in acute percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA). Results: Bradycardia arrhythmus and cardiac shock occurred most often in patients with RCA infarction. Bradycardia arrhythmus seldom occurred in patients with LAD infarction and cardiac shock seldom occurred in patients with LCX infarction. Conclusion: Bradycardia arrhythmus in PTCA closely related to cardiac shock and were associated to the infarct location. |
