| 摘 要： | 目的：评价食管及贲门癌术后早期肠内营养支持的安全性及有效性。方法：38例食管或贲门癌病人术后早期通过空肠造瘘肠内营养支持,测定术前与术后营养指标,肾功能,电解质及血糖,结果：所有病人术后胃肠功能恢复较快,术前与术后体重,白蛋白,前白蛋白,转铁蛋白术后均有不同程度的上升,肾功能,电解质及血糖术前与术后均在正常范围,结论：食管或贲门癌术后病人的早期肠内营养安全,有效,避免了肠外营养相关的并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the safety and effect of enteral nutrition support at early period after resection for carcinoma of esophagus and cardia. Methods: In 38 patients with carcinoma of esophagus and cardia,enteral nutrition support was used through jejunum stoma in earlier period after operation,and the nutrion level,the function of kidney,electrolytes and blood glucose were observed. Results: The GI function of all patients recovered faster than the usual.The weight,serum albumin and pre albumin,transferrin levels were all elvated.The function of kidney,electrolytes and blood glucose were also in normal extent. Conclusion: Early enteral nutrition was an effective,safe and economical nutrition support method in the patients with cardia and esophagus carcinoma after operation avoided complications of introvenus nutrition. |
